Satisfaction Guarantee
All of our products and services are backed by a freshness and quality guarantee for three (3) days after the receipt of your box. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your box, contact us via e-mail at hello@sushify.com within three (3) days of the delivery of your box.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide you with credits for meal ingredients that will automatically be applied to future deliveries under your subscription or we may, in our sole discretion, provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price of your ingredients. Sushify may require the return or photo documentation of the product with which you are dissatisfied before we substitute an acceptable item, issue a credit voucher or a refund back.
